Embracing Imperfections: Discovering the Beauty in My Real, Unfiltered Self

My name is Keith Ashley Janoras. I am 15 years old. I was born on November 16, 2007, the year of the pig. I have brown eyes and used to have black hair, but I dyed it brown. I have so many hobbies, likes, and dislikes. I like watching dramas and anime, reading Wattpad and alternate universe stories, and listening to any genre of music, but mostly K-pop. Going outside is one of my dislikes, and staying at home is the best. I also have so many hobbies, and cooking is one of them. I can sing and dance, but I have no talent for the arts.

When it comes to my personality, I tend to be more talkative when I'm with my friends, but sometimes it just depends on who I'm with because I'm the type of person who just goes with the flow. Some say I look strong mentally and emotionally, but in fact I do not. I try to be more understanding and more open-minded. Most of all, I don't judge easily. I cry over little things. I get stressed by little things, but I still put up a smile so that no one can see my weak side.

In school, I could say that I am just an average student. I am not as smart as others; I do not actively participate in any school activities, contests, or clubs, but I can still manage to be an honor student. I am kind and friendly, contrary to what others think of me. It's just that I'm too shy to approach others first. And also, an incident happened when I was in grade 9 that gave me trauma, which became a reason why it became hard for me to trust others. But its all in the past; I have already moved on from it, and its all thanks to my friend who didn't leave me, believed, and stayed beside me.

As a dedicated student, my life revolves around the pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. Each day, I enter the classroom with a hunger for learning, eager to explore new ideas, concepts, and perspectives. I understand that education is not just about grades but about fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep curiosity about the world. I am committed to balancing my academic responsibilities with extracurricular activities that broaden my horizons and shape me into a well-rounded individual. While the challenges of coursework and exams can be daunting, I view them as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. With a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for continuous improvement, I am determined to make the most of my student years and lay the foundation for a future filled with success and meaningful contributions to society.
